This isn't an army list at all man

Check the stickied threads before posting to get how your supposed to lay out a list. Anyway, Welcome to Dakka and the
CSMs!
I'll give you a little run down on what I think of what you have.
HQs
Abaddon: Little pricey for anything under 1,750 so I wouldn't think of running him unless you reach that point cost. He is super killy though, and lots of fun!
Chaos Lord: He's OK. Just remember not to over-do it when gearing him up, too much gear will leave him over-priced for what he'll be able to do. 170 pts should be your absolute maximum point cap for this guy.
Chaos Sorcerer: Best out of the
HQs you have right now. Only two builds you should go to be honest, either Mark of Slaanesh + Lash of Submission sorcerer or Tzeentch Warp Bolt + Other shooty spell sorcerer. Bikes here are good but they run just aswell in a rhino. Don't ever give him terminator armour simply because you'll be making him too pricey and too big of a target for what he does.
The only
HQ you don't have is the best one the
CSM codex has to offer. The Daemon Prince is by far the best
HQ avaliable, Mark of Khorne Prince, Nurgle Prince with Warptime, Slaanesh Prince with Lash, Tzeentch shooty prince, there's very few ways you can go wrong with a
DP. Just be sure to give them wings and have at it. First thing you should buy when you can is a
DP for sure.
Elites
Possessed Marines: Can be fun to run if you feel lucky but really they don't do as much as they should. Chosen Marines work a lot better (they're actually consistent) so I would only consider running these guys in friendly games.
Troops
Chaos Space Marines: Standard. Obviously. Get them in squads of 10 with 2x Melta, Icon of Chaos Glory and a Champ with a
PF. This is just about the only way to go to be perfectly honest. They do benefit greatly from rhinos so you might want to consider getting a few more.
Khorne Berzerkers: I'm a big fan of these fanatics. Field all your berzerkers every time you can afford to, but remember, if you can't be a 'Raider' GIVE THEM A RHINO. They won't do anything if you have them slog because they'll just be shot at first. At least Rhinos give them a box and the cover of smoke to get closer.
Transports: More rhinos please. Almost all your troops, elites and
HQs need a rhino to keep safe. Nurgle followers aside of course, you can just pop them on an objective and laugh as they never move an inch.
Fast Attack:
CSMs suffer from not having Scout Bikers or Land Speeders but they do have some fancy things avaliable for their Raptors and Bikes (Marks of the gods, Icons etc.) Raptors are a situational unit for me, they can be used for distracting the enemy or picking off back field support squads, I guess. Overall, I almost never have any units in my Fast Attack when playing the Chaos Marines.
Heavy Support: Havocs are good for me, some people hate them others can't live without them. They can do some cool unexpected things, like taking 4 meltas and taking a rhino meant for one of your troops. They can also take up their standard role with
MLs,
PCs,
LCs etc. Overall, not as great as the vehicles are and you'd benefit more from a Defiler, Vindicator or Predator but seeing as you have their models already, feel free to field them if you can gear them up right.
Special Section: Get obliterators... NOW! If you don't like their models find some other model you like better and field those but these are absolutely necessary, andyone who says otherwise are insane. Run them in squads of two or three and start them on the board, deep strike them, have them synergise with Lash of Submission, charge them into something to hold them up if you have to, just get them!
If I was to mock up a list with what you have i'd probably run something like:
Hq
Chaos Sorcerer
-
MoT, 2x Shooty Spells
Elites
5 Possessed Marines
Troops
10x
CSMs
- 2x Melta, Champ w/
PF,
IoCG
10x Berzerkers
- Champ w/
PF
Dedicated Transport
Rhino
10x Berzerkers
- Champ w/
PF
Dedicated Transport
Rhino
Fast Attack
6x Raptors
- Champ w/
PF, Melta Bombs
Heavy Support
5x Havocs
- 3x
ML,
LC
Your models lack
AT capabilities so I went with the Tzeentch Sorcerer and most things can succesfully damage a tank. Just what I think you should field-ish.
