Guard Heavy Weapon Crewman

I was reading the imperial guard codex the other day and was wondering how it is that stormtroopers deep strike. If they used a carrier like a valkyrie or vendetta then they would need jump packs.
So how IS it done?

HALO Jump 40k Edition.
Edit: in seriousness. There is likly a Valkarie or some aircraft is used but is at such a high altitude during the action that it is not represented on the game board in any manner, the only event of its possible existance is the fact the troops deep strike to that location.
Also they use Grav chutes (imagine a type of jet pack that is used in place of a parachute) which allows them to preform this task.

They use grav chutes, which are like light jump packs designed to be used for long enough to slow their descent. After they land I assume that they are largely out of fuel.

Lots of ways - either grav chutes, or sometimes rappelling lines, or sometimes burrowing underground, or using sewers or REALLY BOUNCY SHOES.
But seriously, the DS rule is meant to represent all sorts of things depending on the regiment...

Don't forget good old teleportation! Maybe they hacked off a really well equipped AdMech shrine who decided to "contribute" to the war effort

in theory Kasrkins and stormtroopers are equip with Grav chutes and Disembark from Valkyries at a high allitude and sometimes Modifyed Marder Bombers , the only people who i would see could use your suggested teleporters would be Stormtroopers being led by an Inquisitor or Kasrkins who are conducting a joint operation with Space marines , which in any case would most likly happen via Drop pod
