How do you think this would fare in general?
How about specifically against; Nurgle Marines, Tyranids, Blood Angels, and Orks?

I play a very similar army, this is what I've found...

Take two Stalkers. They work better in twos.

AV 13 is one of those armies that face rolls Orks and Tyranids.

Nurgle Marines will probably have Obliterators and Blood Angels can beat you at AV 13.

I tried to fit in a second stalker, but just can't seem to figure out the points.. Unless I take out the 2nd lord in barge, but then I also lose the extra DestroTeks..

The Nurgle Marines don't run oblits at all (it's basically squads of plaguies, 2 dreads, and predators) and the Blood Angels.. well yeah they stomped me last time haha

I'd drop the stalker and add Scarabs or another Annhilation Barge. Or both if you have points to spare.

Drop a GA, +1 Destrotek to give you the second stalker. Use the warrior squad without GA to babysit your home objective.
