Hello Dakka!

My first ever P&M blog...the pressures on. >_<

Well here's the start of my new stuff that I'm putting together. I just bought a airbrush and compressor and will be starting with my SW to see what I can do with them.

As my test subjects for this new venture I've bought some brave Dark Eldar Mandrakes to test on. Also, I'll be doing a Dreadnought that I've been holding on to for awhile. Originally going into my Blood Angels army, but never got around to it.

Anywho, without further a-do, here some beginning pictures, more to follow as I progress through this project.



















Had to do some green stuff work after assembling them due to some very bad gaping holes in the Mandrakes FineCast.

Also, the Dreadnought wasn't Finecast but he had some serious damage to his left CCW arm that wasn't intended so I used some green stuff to fix it up.

Thank you! I hope to be adding to this regularly. Using this as a way to push me to finish them, heh.

As for the army and what's in it, at the moment the model list is as follows:

Rune Priest x 2
Terminators x 5
Scouts x 15
Dreadnought x 1
Marines x 45
Rhino x 1
Razorback x 3
Arjac Rockfist x 1
Assault Marines x 10
Devastators x 10

Here's a quick update with my first attempt with the Airbrush after priming. (And two pictures of them primed.)








Close ups on the first couple passes with the Airbrush. I have some more finessing to do with the color/water mixture to get a good consistent spray.
