I`m running a warhammer fantasy campaign in gurps (I hate DH and WHF rpg systems). I`d like to stick to lore and canon, so I`m creating some templates for my NPC`s. So far I have created Beastmen (Gors, Ungors and their leutenants), Imperial footmen (village / town drafted, with different equipment. work in progress), priest of Sigmar and... I think thats it. For generic peasants or dwarfs I use NPC generator (somewhere in the internets), but I don't like it much.

So, I would like to ask if someone would like to share any NPC templates (or maybe their cool characters for minibosses/bosses ^^) in WHF world. Generic merchants, peasants, bandids, knights, kings, barons, woodcutters etc. from regular fantasy or middle age campaigns would also be nice. I would gladly share my templates, if anyone is interested, I can upload them in word/pdf format somewhere or just paste them here.

I have a question, this perhaps belongs in WHF general thread, but I will post it here...

Does someone know about WHF alchemy? I read some information about it in Empire codises also in lexicanum. What interests me? Well, everything. Is alchemy limited only to Gold magic wind, what are the most common spells, elixirs. Do alchemists produce sulphur or gunpowder? And so on.. Maybe there are any fantasy books which includes hero or character alchemist?

I think the problem is that there will be finding someone with both a good knowledge of WHF and GURPS. I know what GURPS is but haven't played it in 15 years, so can't really help.

Yes, I know that conversions from WHF to GURPS are rare, but I'm sure people play fantasy in GURPS

My first ever RPG was GURPS fantasy. It was fun enough, but I don't know any conversions. Like Ahtman, I last played about a decade ago, sorry!

That and the rpg forum on DakkaDakka is very small you might get more responses on enworld.org and rpg.net.
