Hi everyone,
Ive been looking at getting into dystopian wars with some friends recently, but nowhere local seems to stock the models, and it got me wondering, where does everyone get their models from?
Looking at TWG, its going to end up being more than the RRP by the time ive paid postage, so is there a better option around?

Wayland and Maelstrome are two good bets. If their still doing it, amazon are doing the starter box contents cheaper (around 2/3s of the price i believe) because they dont come with the templates/markers etc.
Arcana miniatures DO do them, but honestly wouldnt recommend them even if they are slightly cheaper.
Other than that if you have a local store im sure they will order in a batch. My FLGS gets most of its stock that way, helps them find out what people are playing so they stock (an sell) what peopple will actually buy, rather than having gak sit on the shelves for 6 months

Yes they sell the starters, but week or two ago they sold the models separate but in the starter bundles. so you got the models, but without the starter box or temolates etc

Will look at amazon then.
Nearest independant stockist is 5 milesa way, and is primarily trade, so the retail side is only open for 4 hours a day, 4 days a week, or something like that.

Haven't checked on ebay recently, but discount_games had a wide stock, not the whole line, priced in USD what spartangames charges pounds for. I've bought several items from them, and would definetly buy from them again

Sorry if this is resurrecting an old thread, but Triple Helix Wargaming is doing a very reasonable 20% off offer on Dystopian Wars stuff at the moment, with free P&P.
