I believe the most up-to-date rules will be in IA: Aeronatuica, thoughI cannot confirm because I don't own it. There are definately rules for it in IA11, but they're written for 5th edition (and might be corsairs-only, actually, I can't remember).

IA: Aeronautica. You won't have any luck getting them from here.
