Thinking of using them as more of a support role, mainly meaning rocket artillery. Im new to this and currently only really played against russia and france, but correct me if im wrong but the can be putting out 11AD of rockets at RB4. While we know they dont survive long when doing anything remotely aggressive, just a thought on giving them an actual function. Has anyone had any success with this in terms of drawing first blood etc?

EotBS cruisers are definately not an agressive model, and definately should not be going for first blood.

They do their best as a 'cleanup' unit, i.e. your battleships, gunships, frigates etc go do the donkey-work, then you use your cruisers to take out the stragglers. Try and keep them out of close range, using the rockets to pick on badly damaged ships while trying to get the FC weapons lined up..
