I think we need a list of the tech used before and in the heresy, and whether they were vehicle only.

The storm raven is open to debate imho until we get a more concrete source than a BL authors brief mention, it could just be a mistype for stormbird. In Codex:BA it states that while the exact discovery of the stormravens STC is rather mysterious it was only introduced to the blood angels chapter at some point during M41. While its possible that it could have been lost during the heresy/scouring I think this is unlikely.

Unless they start popping up all over the heresy or are in FWs new heresy books when released I think they should be left out.
