This must be the third or fourth time I've rewritten my fluff for my CSM, but this time I'm going back to the inspiration for my CSM force in the first place. Sitting in the theater watching the Dark Knight Rises all I could think of was "Man, Bane would make an awesome chaos lord." so that's what I'm going to do.
Basic premise is that a demon price (the Ras Al Gul character) falls in love with the daughter of a planetary governor, and sires a child. The child (the Telila Al Gul Character) meets a scion of a rogue trader house (the Bane character) and he falls in love with her. She takes him where he's never been: the middle hive. He sees all the suffering and sadness among the people there, and when she offers a way to alleviate their suffering by joining chaos and tearing down the Imperium, he accepts. He is taken to a chaos cult where a ritual contacts the two with the Ras Al Gul character, who offers the Bane character his old space marine armor and commands him to put it on. When he does he rapidly mutates to fit the armor, becoming a pseudo space marine. that's the start, in the end they lead a revolution along with a bunch of CSM against the hive nobles and turn the world to chaos as a warp storm engulfs it. It's the middle that's got me vexed, I've got one pseudo space marine, no gene seed, and a horde of cultists. I need to get from A to C via point B I just don't know what point B is yet. anyone have any ideas?

You lost me at Daemon Prince falling in love and having a child. That's supposedly impossible with a normal Astartes, let alone a Daemon Prince.

I suspect your Bane character would work better without the others, as love, sex and everything else doesn't really fit with Astartes as we know them.
You could still have him want to tear apart the Imperium for their decadence and elitism, hell that's good motivation right there, but I'm afraid the other stuff doesn't work.
Potentially he could be Renegade; anti-imperium but not a follower of Chaos, or a guy that turned against the Imperium for noble reasons but has since been corrupted by Chaos.
Having the Bane character as a high-ranking Astartes who turns against the Imperium for the Bane-reasons would give you the Chaos Space Marines/warband you need and enable you to cut out the Daemon Prince part. You could have Telila as someone that corrupts the Bane-character, potentially through psychic power or as a pawn of Tzeentch.

If you make the Ras character not a Daemon Prince, you could work from there, as the Daemon Prince/child thing is basically unworkable...

ok what if it wasn't for love, but more practical reasons? say the demon prince was once chapter master of a chapter that turned to chaos, and his ascension left the chapter in a state of civil war. He sees what's going on and feels that he needs an heir. then he convinently gets summoned by a chaos cult. he sees a young beautiful woman in perfect health and thinks "Ah ha I think I've found the solution." Then he says he'll give the cult a gift and points at the woman while he casts a spell. He tells the woman that she will bear a child conceived by the power of chaos. The spell makes the woman pregnant with the demon's genetic child. Unfortunately for the demon prince the child is a girl, unable to take her father's place in the chapter. So he comes up with a contingency plan.
And the bane character can feel love because he's not an Astates, he's a pseudo Astates. Basically a human in an Astaties's body.

Well you can still use this if you cut out the love part.
Have the girl's mind be twisted and have her actively seek out the strongest hive gang leaders, pit them against eachother in harder to find a mate potentially powerfully enough for her to sure the needed child. Adding Species effects is optional ^^
