So I've made a custom sentinel, and I figured I should make some rules for it. so here goes:

Jotunn Pattern Sentinel.........65pts per model

Jotunn WS/3 BS/3 S/5 Armor: F/12 S/10 R/10 I/3 A/1 HP/2

Compositon: 1-3 jotunns

unit type: vehicle (walker)

wargear:
twin linked missile launcher
multi-laser
extra armor

options:
any jotunn may replace it's mulit laser with one of the following:
heavy flamer or autocannon.....5 pts
lascannon.... 15 pts
plasma cannon.... 20 pts

any jotunn may take any of the following:
searchlight.... 1 pt

the entire squadron may take:
Smoke launchers.... 5 pts
Camo netting.... 10 pts

special rules:
Target selector: a Jotunn cannot fire it's missile launcher if it has moved this turn.
"can't find any ammo sir": Jotunn ammo is hard to come by, if your opponent does not allow you to use a jotunn, you may instead use it as an armored sentinel at the same cost as one. this represents the jotunn's missile launcher's being out of ammo.

And here's a pic of what it looks like (still WIP I'm low on glue):

Let it remain stationary to fire both weapons, and I'm on-board! Otherwise, why am I paying 15 points for the ability to switch between two weapons, one of which is only 10 points for IG?

Done and done, and you're not paying 15 your only paying ten for an armored sentinel with twin linked accurate missile launchers.

I thought AS was only 50 0_o mahbad. But yeah, paying for something you can't use always feels bad for the player, whereas paying for something you can use, but only if you sacrifice something for it, feels good for the opponent as well as the player.

Why do you have the Targeting Computer if your Missile Launcher is twin-linked already?

Playing mostly Necromunda and Battletech, Malifaux is awesome too!

I don't know, just re-red the rules and they basically do the same thing, I'll drop the targeting computer.
