Hey folks, I need help with one of the team tournament rules from LAST YEAR.

Concerning access to IA units, which of the following is correct?

A) The non-extra FOC slot member had access to one IA unit.
B) The non-extra FOC slot member had access to multiple IA units with certain restrictions.
C) All team members had access to a single IA unt with certain restrictions.
D) All team members had access to multiple IA units with certain restrictions.
E) Something else entirely (please describe).

Thanks!
Gits

The answer is D.

For 2012 the restriction changed to the following

From the 2012 40K Team Tourney event rules:

Forge World/Imperial Armor units are allowed in the Warhammer 40K Team Tournament, however due to the scarce nature of these units, each unit is considered unique (0-1) and may only be taken once per Team. Units must follow the rules and restrictions as noted in the AdeptiCon 2012 Allowable Imperial Armor & Apocalypse Units rules. Units allowed in this event will have ‘TT’ noted in the Event column. In ALL cases, only the most current published rules for any particular Imperial Armor / Apocalypse unit will be allowed. Please consult the list above for reference on which publication contains the most current rules for each particular unit.

Thanks muwhe... that was my interpretation, but a recent discussion made me unsure.

No problem, I am sure some confusion may exist as we have tweaked the Forgeworld restrictions the last few years. Effectively before that change, it was option A in 2011 and in prior years we had no restrictions in place.

I remember... and didn't they (the IA restrictions) change kind of late last year? For some reason we were a bit confused by it all (though it didn't effect our lists or our enjoyment of the weekend).

@Gitsplitta -

For 2012 the 40K TT rules were posted on 11-13-2011 including those FW changes.... but suspect that a number of teams did not catch the change until we sent out a series of emails with a summary of changes,schedule, primer missions etc.. after the first of the year.

That would have been us. Thanks for the help muwhe, I really appreciate it. Any idea when the rules/guidelines for next year will be out? Our team is old and crotchety and none of us are very quick with a brush. We need all the lead time we can get.
