Looks pretty good to me. I've played against Menoth a good amount, and while a single unit of KE often isn't considered that scary, with Errants in front that need to be dealt with as well plus the speed buff from Harby, they can cause plenty of carnage.

I might drop the Choir down from a max unit to a min, and use the leftover point for a mechanik (or Wracks, if you really think Harby needs MORE focus ) The crusader and avatar are the only jacks that are probably going to be needing choir buffs on a regular basis.

Other than that, my only suggestion would be to try and fit in an Errant Seneschal, but that would require some bigger changes. Maybe drop the Devout? It's good with Harby, but in addition to adding the Seneschal, you can use the points for a Vassal and the Covenant, which really add a lot.

I was thinking of taking a Mechanic and dropping the choir down.

I guess I don't really need 6 when I only have 3 jacks.

Edited list. Swapped Crusade and Devout for a Reckoner and a Repenter and dropped the Choir down to minimum.
