This just in from the Facebook page for my local GW store:

Hey guys I do have some unfortunate news:

"Due to recent severe weather conditions in the North East where our White Dwarf distribution facility is, the magazine will be delayed for the next couple issues. We don't have specific information yet, but will post estimates on delivery dates once we learn more. Thank you for your patience."

I have only recently even cared about White Dwarf, because of the issues with important game rules within. So I'm kind of bummed at the thought. Anyone else hear anything at their local GW?

This is unfortunate. I've just recently started buying white dwarf, and I gotta say, this is disappointing. I know that a lot of places up there are still doing bad though so its understandable.

The people still suffering from homelessness and fuel shortages are also bummed at the major disruption to their lives.

So someone who almost never buys White Dwarf is now complaining because a tragic storm is delaying the shipment of White Dwarfs in the US? #1stworldproblems...

I posted this as news. I wasn't on a soapbox, and adding that I was bummed was in no way a big complaint. Save your sorry judgements and your stupid hashtag for somebody else.

Its a load of bantha poodo... The last two White Darfs have been weeks late to my FLGS, but they show up on time to the local GW store. My loyalty is to my FLGS and I would rather spend money there... Stupid GW.

I bought a subscription 3 months ago and have yet to receive an issue.... and now more delays? garrr.
