Do you mean using space marine models as Space Wolves and vice versa? Yeah, I guess you can.

If you mean fielding space marines along side Space Wolves each with their own rules, then yes, that's what Allies are for.

I mean normal space marines that are space wolves can you do that not allies but from the same army :p

No, taking models from more than one codex is only possible through the Allies rules.

Yes you can proxy vanilla space marines for space wolves or use space wolves as normal marines. But you can't use the space wolves rules
