First off, thanks for answering these
1. Which HQ's are good? I'm thinking of using either a) Obyron+Zahndrekh, b) Anrakyr in a barge or c) something else if its better.
2. Which troop choice is better, warriors or immortals?
3. If i have a court/courts, what should they consist of?
4. What some good choices for elites, fast attack and heavy support?

1. Zandrekh is the best by far. Imotekh is very situational and only works with certain lists e.g. Wraithwing or flyerspam. Obyron can work with Zandrekh. The rest is too expensive / weak / not worth mentioning.
2. Depends. If you want Gauss, take Warriors. If you want anti-infantry, go for Immortals. If you want to go for flyerspam (laaaaaaaaaaaame!), rock squads of 5 Warriors.
3. Destrocourt aka 4 Lanceteks + 1 Chronotek. Gives your army much needed S8 AP2 firepower.
4.1. Elites: terrible, don't look at the slot.
4.2. Fast Attack: Wraiths are the best choice in here, always take squads of 5-6 with 2-3 whip coils. The other equipment options are garbage. Heavy Destroyers are expensive but are very effective against heavy armor. Heavy Destroyers with Tank Hunter by Zandrekh will make your enemy burst out in tears. The rest is not worth mentioning.
4.3. Heavy Support: Doomscythes and Annihilation Barges are the only worthwhile models in here. Both are very strong. the Doomscythe profits from the currently overpowered flyer rules but is 2x the cost of a Annihilation Barge. If you take 4+ flyers in your army, take the Doomscythes, else take at least 2 Annihilation Barges. Only taking e.g. 2 flyers will lead to them being shot apart by the enemy ADL (seriously, everyone at tournaments now runs these).

1. A kitted-out Overlord isn't a bad choice at all. Same goes for a Destroyer Lord. I've recently tried the Zahndrekh/Obyron combo and found it to be severely lacking for the amount of points it costs. Zahndrekh ends up hiding in some ruins, doing nothing but giving Adaptive Tactics to a unit. Obyron uses his Ghostwalk Mantle, and instantly becomes a bullet magnet.
2. I am just now building Immortals, so I can't say much one way or the other except for this: Warriors can take a Ghost Ark, while Immortals can't. The Ghost Ark gives the warriors a nice armored platform to shoot from, while throwing in some extra gauss itself. Disembark, lose a few warriors to failed reanimation, and the Ghost Ark will make more.
4.1 Elites: I disagree with Sigvatr. I usually surround my Overlord with a unit of 5 Lychguards. When you just need the job DONE, 6 Warscythes make quick work of things. I once exploded a Grey Knights' Storm Raven in a single round as it skimmed past, much to the dismay of my opponent. Because of this unit, everyone has started referring to my Warscythes as "can openers".
I've also seen Deathmarks do some nasty things to people, but they have to be played just right or they get wiped out quickly.
4.2 Fast Attack: Destroyers and Heavy Destroyers are worthless. Point for point, nothing strikes more fear into the hearts of non-Necron players than watching half a dozen Wraiths bear down on them. They'll tie up infantry, slice through tanks, and with 3+ invuln saves and 2 wounds each, they're incredibly difficult to kill. Throw in a Destroyer Lord to give them Preferred Enemy (Everything!) and crank the pain up another notch. Some of my opponents have started to refer to this as "getting wrapethed".
Scarabs are also a great Fast Attack choice, but to be effective, you need them en masse.
4.3. Heavy Support: Doomscythes are great. If you're running scarabs, make sure you have some spiders. The Doomsday Ark makes a decent anti-infantry weapon as long as you can get LOS over most of the table without moving it. It's even more effective if you're playing against nids or orks who don't like to spread out.

1. One or two DLords with weave and mss.
2. Warriors in Ghost Arks or Night Scythes. Immortals in Night Scythes or on foot.
3. Court? Don't bother.
4. Wraiths are one of the best melee units in the game. Two or three Annhiliation Barges, eventually one Doom Scythe in larger games.

2. Which troop choice is better, warriors or immortals?
3. If i have a court/courts, what should they consist of?
4. What some good choices for elites, fast attack and heavy support?
1. Zandrekh is the best named character, but I generally prefer an Overlord w/ MSS, Warscythe & Sempiternal Weave, or a Destroyer Lord to join Wraiths (that combo is just sick). I rarely use Imotekh because he's too expensive for what he does, and I don't use Anrakyr now that Mind in the Machine cannot be used from a Command Barge.
2. I like Immortals in Night Scythes, but if I don't have the points then MSU Warriors will do.
3. I never keep the court together. It's hard to go wrong with Stormteks because the Voltaic Staff is almost unfair with the new hull point rules. Despairteks are my favourite due to the Death & Despair combo. Destructeks are great for their cost and add some much-appreciated AP2 range to the army.
4. Elites are highly situational. A D.Lord with a Rez Orb and a full unit of Warscythe-wielding Praetorians can cut down most units, but are generally overcosted in any other situation. Triarch stalkers are only useful IMO in a Silver Tide list. Deathmarks are amazing and easily one of the most soul-crushing units in the codex if you use them right. They are the ultimate denial unit. A Death & Despair unit will run you 155 points, and you treat them just like you would a drop pod melta unit: VoD them aggressively so they'll be within template range of some precious enemy backfield unit (Death & Despair is the bane of Long Fangs), wipe out said unit in one shot, and then do it again with a second Death & Despair unit. Then use the two together to attack a third enemy unit, and by that time your 310 points have likely killed at least 450-500 points worth of your opponent's most protected special units.
Everything else that has been said about FA & HS slots is generally true, but don't discount the Monolith completely. It's good at everything, but it's not amazing at anything. Remember that it is a support unit, not a vanguard tank.
