Does anybody use harlequins as an elites choice for their DE army? Can I get opinions on wether they are worth purchasing and what not as well as tactical advice on how people use them. Also wether its worth the points to get death jester, troupe master, etc

Well, I generally use Eldar Harlequins in my footdar army. They work pretty well since they get by default a cover save of +4. If they are in terrain giving a +5 cover, they'll get a 2+ cover save. Moreover, since the ignore difficult terrain, they are quite resilient when they approach the enemy. In order to keep them cheap, I normally do not use the DJ or the Troupe Master. A full unit of 10 Harlies with kisses, including a Shadowseer, is worth taking, at least for Eldar.
DE has other options like Beastmaster units.

They seem pretty good but pricy. Does the harliquens kiss make itself worth the 4 points? That veil of tears thing seems super useful as well

not being able to give them a transport hurts. Having to run up with few things really their speed in the DE book is also a pain.

When it comes down to it, if you want foot slogging expenisve fragile troops that die in droves to flamers DE have plrenty of options.
