Hi guys.
I and my friends are usually playing 2500-3000 points. Do you thinl that it's acceptable to play Super Heavy Tanks in such a game, using W40k rules and not Apocalypse ones ? Do you always play your Super Heavy Tanks (and Castus, etc...) in Apocalypse games ?

if it is your freinds then anything goes. But befor you decide to buy a superheavy tank ask them first
but if you ask me its a bit overkill to roll in superheavies in a 2-3k game

You can use Super Heavies in larger games if you agree upon it. It can be fun and you don't have to mess with the Appoc rules. You will need to download the Appoc update forge world put out to use the super heavies in 6th edition properly.

Thanks, nice to read you. I agree with that : if a necron player can play 3 Monolith as heavy support, there are no reasons that an IG, SM or CSM player cannot use Super Heavy Tanks.

We play that all blasts must be 40k size and each structure or shield point fills a heavy support slot. So far, everything has seemed pretty balanced, but we play blind lists at 2.5k.
