I don't know how to use them : I try to equip them with melta to destroy my opponent HS at the beginning of the game, but the are really fragile and usually don't survive for a long time

The new Chaos bikers are right up there with the heldrake as far as tier 1 choices for the codex.

Nurgle bikers with attached HQ are immune to any kind of S based instant death and very durable. Melta or plasma as specials both work depending on if you want to maintain range or be assaulty but I like the cheaper and safer melta guns personally. Make sure to equip the champion with an appropriate power weapon. Considering the T6 and 3+ save will protect you from basic power swords and mauls, I'd use an axe to get through 2+ saves.

Slaanesh bikers with attached HQ sport the FnP icon. Overall I'd say you're about as durable as Nurgle, but you definately want to be in assault to make full use of your I5.

I think the sweet spot for numbers is 5-6 if you're attaching an HQ unit. 3-4 if you're running them solo for tank busting.

My plan: run them with a Slaanesh Lord on a steed. Outflank them with an 89% chance of getting the side you'd like and go to town. I have The Lord with the Burning Brand so meltas might not be best, but that's still what I'm leaning toward.

I run them with melta and Pfist on the sarg. They are accompanied by a lord with lightning claws and blight grenades. I generally also run demonic allies so when I deepstrike my Great Unclean One on turn one the bikes turbo boost up near him. This means there are 10+ wounds at toughness 6 ready to charge turn 2. The blight grenades also mean that if I am within 8 inches then I will have a 3+ jink save.

Nurgle, either twin Melta or twin plasma, 5 in a squad, PS to Aspiring Champ. Between Jink and T6 they soak up ridiculous amounts of fire.

Sorry if this seems like a silly question but when you guys switch out plasma/melta on bikers do you switch the CC weapon or the mounted bolter? I would assume we're switching out the bolter, but would it be possible to shoot both the bolter AND the plasma/melta if you switched it out for the CC? I'm not too sure how the multiple weapon thing works (forgefiends can shoot both their autocannons [and ecto-mouth] on same turn[?]). Thanks in advance, guys.

They can only shoot 1 gun, so they can shoot the twin linked bolters or the gun they purchased. Look up the bikers unit section in the rule book.
