Hi
Just wanted to know if anyone has any tips on dark blue death korps coats.
A friend of mine suggested Kantor blue but I have a feeling that it will look too bright
thanks

Don't know about colours, really your call. But I can help you with painting the cloaks themselves. Start of with your darkest blue, even black. Paint a heavy layer on top. Basically just keep doing this until you get to the very edges of the cloak, which would be a bleached bone or skull white. This would be a tiny thin white line along the edge. Can't help you with names though. feth GW.

Kantor Blue is that the new Necron Abyss?

If it is it's pretty much as dark as blue can get out of the pot.

Mix kantor with black or dark grey if you want to reduce colour saturation

Shadow grey is a nice muted blue. you might also try that.

PM me about commission.

I'd say Kantor blue with a wash of Drakenhoff Nightshade, then glaze it with Gilliman blue, it gives a nice dark blue with natural looking shadows, and the glaze ties it all together.
