Sorry if this has been discussed i could not find it, but are there any instances where greater daemons or any big players from different chaos god affiliations fight together with a common goal? if not is it even plausible considering how much they hate on another?

There are times when they'll work together, usually when forcing planets into the warp due to their overwhelming warp presence.

An apocalypse Formation was based around this actually, anything between the four GD get summoned properly and give boosts in power.

I remember reading in the current Codex Daemons that any time more than one of the chaos gods works together it is because of a Tzeentch plan (although arguably everything is a Tzeentch plan). But yes they do work together on occasion. However, the Tzeentch strongly distrusts Nurgle (and vice versa) and Khorne strongly distrusts Slaanesh (also vice versa).

To be fair, Khorne also distrust Tzeentch... lets be honost, Khorne distrust everyone, including Khorne
