I hear the tau are getting a new codex, and I've noticed that people seem to know a bit about whats going in the new codex. My question is were are these people getting their information? Could someone point me in the right direction so I can read it for myself. One more question I havn't been around for a codex release for a preexisting army so do they redo models for a new codex or leave some old ones in a release new ones for the release then slowly bring out the whole package?

Who knows where these people are getting their information? Some people claim to have access to inside information - and when their rumours turn out to be true over time, people tend to listen to what they say. You can find information in rumour forums like this - but keep in mind that no one actually has any hard facts about these releases - that's why they are rumours.
