Looking at the relevant rules, it seems overall possible, with some modifications.
Take more rats to use as fodder: the mosquitoes start with only half their wounds, meaning that you can't use larva as it would kill the caster. As I understand it, as each sentence in a rule happens before the next:
1)You can larva a malifaux rat, healing all nearby mosquitoes (take another mosquito to start, I guess?) and making a new one, giving you one mosquito with two wounds, one with three, and one with five.
2) Som'er Teeth Jones activates simultaneously, casting git yer bro twice to double the number of bayou gremlins (assuming you can guarantee successful casts).
3) Larva a gremlin with the 5 wound mosquito, giving you a total of four mosquitos with two, three, three, and four wounds.
4) Larva another rat with a three wound mosquito, giving you five with wounds 2, 5, 5, 6, and 3.
5) Hit another gremlin with larva from the 5 wound mosquito that hasn't gone yet, bringing it down to two wounds and bringing in another with three.
6) If there's another rat, Larva it (or parasitic infection if you're sitting on a 12+ of crows and are feeling extravagant), bringing you up to seven mosquitos with wounds 3, 2/5, 4, 6, 6, 5, 5 and two half strength gremlins.
7) Next turn heal up the gremlins and you'll have a swarm of mosquitoes and two gremlins. You could mess around for another turn to heal up the mosquitoes and maybe summon in some more, but once you're out of rats you can't just straight heal the mosquitoes anymore, you'd have to attack the gremlins with them to drain blood (if you have the cards or want to burn soulstones you can also have the four mosquitoes connected to Som'er cast git yer bro on gremlins, provided you remember to heal them up to keep the factory rolling.
I don't know if this is actually worth the effort, or if you could jam the models close enough together to exploit the rats like that, but that's what it looks like from my limited experience with the rules. Most of the spam generator builds seem to revolve around ways to get multiple upgrades or models from each sacrificial cost 2 piece, like farming blood counters with nekima, a blood shaman, and terror tots with desperate mercs or gupps spawned by a brood mother as sacrifices, or getting zombies and one or two spirits from sacrificial pieces in a Nicodemus/Kirai brawl list.
Remember that the mosquito models are $8.50 a piece, too. So you're either bringing one and a bunch of scratchbuilds/proxies, or paying close to a hundred dollars for less than 20ss of the models in your crew... or playing on vassal, I suppose.
