Yep, just make sure you're logged in and then vote again on the same image.

Your last vote will replace your previous vote.

Does revoting still accumulate with the old vote or does it completely replace the old one?

eg - if i vote 7 on something and then go back and vote 6 does it count as a 13 or 6?

It replaces the old vote.

So in your example: '6'.

And keep in mind it isn't instantaneous. It sometimes takes a while for the database to update.
