This is a character i thought of to go with my converted Master of the Forge. The fluff behind my chapter is that they were a company of Iron Hands stationed on a distant Forge World Pre-Heresy. Before the Heresy really got going, massive Warp Storms cut them off from the rest of the Imperium. The forge world, as it turns out, was also a Tomb World, and Necrons start piling out of the ground. The Iron Hands, seeing this (and probably sent a bit mad by the Warp presence), believed them to be the ultimate expression of flesh purged. They managed to communicate with the Overlord (thank you Matt Ward

) and set up an alliance to fight the daemons and suchlike appearing all over the place. Over time they became more and more integrated into Necron ways, using Necron technology in their equipment. None more so then their Captain (no name for him yet), who was also a proficient Techmarine. Over the years he has modified his equipment and his own body to use Necron technology, eventually gaining enough status among the machines to attract a court of Crypteks and Lords to himself. Here's his profile:
WS 4
BS: 5 S:4 T:4 W:3 I:6 A:4
Ld:10
Sv:2+/3++
Wargear:
Artificer Armour
Power Sword
Phase shifter (as in Necron codex, 3++ save)
Modified Servo-harness (just as ordinary harness, but replacing the plasma cutter and flamer with heavy flamer and lascannon. He can fire both weapons and his pistol in the same turn)
Bolt pistol
Special Rules:
And They Shall Know No Fear
Chapter Tactics (replaces combat tactics with relentless)
Independent character
Eternal Warrior
Blessings of the Omnissiah
More Machine than Man (Can take a royal court like Overlords, but limited to 3 Lords and 3 Crypteks, with none of the advanced wargear options for Harbingers, e.g. Veil of Darkness, available, although they may be made into Harbingers. Also, any allied detachment in an army with this character is treated as battle brothers, with the exception of units from Codex: Space Marines not being able to embark upon necron transports and vice versa. )

What do you think? I've priced him pretty high compared to what I could push for
lol. He definitely couldn't beat Calgar, but anyone in power armour is toast, or terminators if they come one at a time.
BTW, his relatively low
WS is because of the sheer mass of his mechanical augmentations. He's not able to hit as deftly as other experienced marines.
Also, I have no idea what to call my chapter. They're silver and gold, and their symbol is the Greek letter theta. Ancient shorthand for death. Please go easy on me!
