I randomly picked up a bunch of Cryx models off Ebay incredibly cheaply, but I don't play Cryx. My first instinct was to piece it out and resell it, but I figured I'd see if I could turn it into a respectable army .

It has:
Two 6 man units of Bile Thralls
One 10-man unit of Ghost Raiders
One 10-man unit of Revenant Crew+3 extra models
One Cannon crew missing a grunt
Two Necrotechs without scrap thralls
Two Bloat Thralls
Master Necrotech Mortenebra & Deryliss
I already owned pGaspy from a Necron Overlord conversion.

My question is: With minimum investment, what should I add to this collection to make the army playable?
Note: The current local meta consists of Legion and Circle.

Eeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh...... My first instinct is to recoil. Sadly nothing there is all that Terribly effective. A six man Bile unit plus one or two extras for Excarnates is good with eAsphyxious, Necrotechs are alright, but not much use without their Scrap Thralls, though I tend to prefer Machine Wraiths for my 1pt options. Ghost Raiders can do alright against some lists. Mortenebra is ok. pAsphyxious is one of my favorite casters personally, but he's not one of Cryx's best. Really all that stuff is mediocre to poor IMHO, and any honest advice I would give for building an army would mostly ignore what you've got.

Honestly, I'd say the problem isn't that anything you have is a poor choice, but that none of it works together in the slightest. Mortenebra needs hordes of Warjacks to function, the best part of the Necrotechs is the Scrap Thralls (and aren't even legal without them), and Revenants really want Rengrave and probably Terminus as well. You've got a full 10 man unit of Biles (lose the extra leader and a grunt), which is a definite good choice for Cryx, but they really shine with eGaspy or Scaverous for Excarnate. Even pGaspy really wants a decent amount of Arc Nodes for Hellfire spam.

I can easily piece it out and make a decent profit, so I'm not too worried about it. Thanks for the advice.

I think its better to peice it out, seperate units and models makes it a great addition to anyones army. but building a force with that, is a terrible idea its very hard to make anything battle ready with it i would just try to make sure you get a grunt for the cannon crew so its proper and complete
