hello, I have been working on my dark eldar amry for a far bit now and have been thinking of things to spice it up, my first thought was the forge world elysian drop troops and i have even started to paint some regular imperial guards as practice, but i hit a snare when looking at elysian painting schemes i found a couple i liked and they where all blue visors on cold greys and silvers, but i have no ideahow i could do this to the vehicles in the army such as the dunbuggys becuase im not as comfortable having them painted silver or grey and even more worried for the air units as it looks kind of out of place (kind of don't want the planes to be silver, dunbuggys are more okay as they should look worn in, but i don't want to do that to the planes), so my question is, what paint scheme can my vehicles have that won't look out of place when there are troops on the board. thanks for any help.

Whats wrong with grey? It's a fairly flexible color that you can dirty up with some brown to make parts rusty or add wear and tear around engine ports etc.

DukeRustfield - There's nothing wrong with beer and pretzels. I'm pretty sure they are the most important members of the food group.

I painted all my air support & my Tauros buggies in a neutral grey much like US Navy equipment/aircraft even though my actual Elysians are in US 3 color desert with tan armor.
