I'm trying to recreate Brushfire's awesome Earthshaker Batteries models from this topic: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/432400.page

While I've bought the base artillery gun I can't find either the Basilisk Gun Shield bit or the Leman Russ gun for the end.

Every bit seller I look at either seems to skip the Basilisk or is out of stock, and ebay has nothing.

Does anyone know where I can get 3 of each parts? Or maybe even other parts that would work just as well?

Finding basi parts has always been difficult, but now finding any bits just got alot harder thanks to the totalitarian GW.

My best advice would be to simply build the gun shields out of plasticard. As to the muzzle brakes, those are only available with the LR kit & if you're lucky ebay.

After a bit of googling and fruitless ebaying I was starting to come to the same conclusion.

I have no experience at all with making stuff out of plasticard, but I suppose the shape is fairly simple.

I probably won't get around to it till later this summer, but I might post my progress when I do.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm still hoping that someone knows the perfect 3rd party bit that will serve the same purpose.
