So the price difference is significant enough to consider this conversion but i've never seen the model in person, it looks like it would be a simple one what do you guys think?

You would need to carve away some pretty big chunks of the razorwing to match the Hemlock sillhouette, but it would be possible to do. Maybe just limit the modifications to reduce the spikiness of the razorwing, eather than trying to match the hemlock exactly?
