How would you guys model the wraithknight so that it is great on the table and also looks awesome?
Also is it possible to model it with the two guns on its hands, the sword and the shield?

Thanks

I was wondering whether it might be possible to put the the large weapons on the shoulder mounts - that would free up the hands for the shield and the sword. I also wonder about replacing the forearms with the cannon bodies, so that it has more of a look like the Revenant...

I'd either straighten out the knees (I think they look a little bit goofy at the moment), so you'd see it at it's true height, and show off the Eldar-elegance.
... or, bend the knees even further and go for more of a kendo-strike type pose. I wonder if the arms can come around in front of the body so that you could give it a two-handed grip? (not sure that they can...). Perhaps Jedi lightsaber combat might be a better research field, or tai chi sword forms?

The first thing i want to see is if we can perhaps change the head of the knight? I don't feel the look suits the force at the moment, maybe using an old harlequin jetbike front or similar to blend the chest and torso into the head area a bit more? it could be too involved but something to look at I think?

when I get mine, I'm going to see if my spare Revenant head will look okay with it - I think it's a bit bigger, so it might address scale issues, plus they are a bit more face-like and might help to give a bit of focus and direction? If it works, it shouldn't be too tricky to track one down online if you wanted to do multiples, or don't have the Revenant kit?

What do you guys think of making a chaos Eldar army - no not Dark Eldar.... - one that has fallen to Slaanesh?

I filled the part of the helmet where the face shield is in with green stuff to make it look more like a wraithlord's head.

I then modeled the sword to be sticking out of the ground in front of him so it looks like he could just pick it up and cut something up.

i love the idea about the helmet an especially the sword!
Do you have any pics on either of those two - it would be really helpful!

Thanks

Not just finished here

I'm just having fun with the modeling part of this. My group is pretty lax on the WYSIWYG so I'll be ok.

I tried putting a bionicle head on my wraithknight - its fits perfectly but I am not sure whether it would tie in with the rest of the army

What are your thought on using the heavy wraithcannons for an aegis defence line or a terrain piece of something. Maybe even an objective.
