So just random thoughts on the bus, maybe some sort of rule for boy mobz along the lines of "Oi! im da boss now!" when the nob dies you can take d6 wounds and create a new nob with no upgrades (has the biggest boyz fight amongst themselves for control ) and maybe the same thing for nobz (maybe only the troop choice one) when a warboss/warlord dies (only he has the same wargear the nob did)
thoughts?

I have half a mind to kill you, and the other half agrees |

Thats not a bad rule tbh, the problem is, why would you want a nogear Nob for your boys mob? Serves no purpose at all.

I like this rule, but I think he should pick up the old nobs kit! and make the wounds no saves allowed.

Yeah, it's kinda characterful but I don't see the benefit unless like cormadepanda said the nob can pick up the war gear.

I agree with the other posters.
There's also the issue if how the boy gets the Nob's statline. Nobs are bigger and more powerful than regular Boyz, which is why they lead, and so have the profile to reflect that.

It could just be a wannabe Nob lurking in the boys unit. Once he becomes top dog da boyz believe he's stronger and it helps make up for his... 3.5 strength or whatever

I like this and Nobz yea are the biggest but how big is a matter of view cause some do get into power with low cunning.
