gm is allowing it but we cant figure out what to do with it, other then maybe speed boost ( + 20 m ) or jump over small gaps, but we dont know for the purposes of ramming

Wearing one? Ok fine. A bit overkill perhaps, but whatever. No reason you couldn't. But it wouldn't act like a jet engine for the bike. No way it'd be a speed boost. You wouldn't be able to stay on the bike.

what about using it to ram

or using it to jump off the bike, hoping that the bike will ram them, and that you will crash on them if they are still alive or someone behind them
