For people like me who won't be playing Apocalypse mode, would it be cheaper to get the models i want if i buy a Apocalypse set instead of buying them separately?
Can i use some of those cool large units in a regular match? like the necron tesseract vault and the khorne lord of skulls?
Can i play a game using the floor or a regular table instead of buying the table board?
Thanks in advance.

i) There's no savings made in buying the Apocalypse Formations from the website - their price is basically the price of everything bought individually, added together.

ii) The new terrain has rules for normal 40k, but nobody's said anything about the superheavy models (like the Tesseract Vault) having rules for normal play. Of course, if you play with your friends, they might let you field it anyways with house rules - for example, among my friends, we always let my sister use her Gargant.

iii) Of course you can play on the floor if you want to - there's no law saying the game has to be played on an 'official' games workshop board. The board is basically a luxury item for folks who enjoy painting scenery and terrain - a green tablecloth has always sufficed for me.

Hi,
