I could buy the Cadian kit again and again, but it seems like there ought to be a more cost effective way.

The Restrictions I Put On My Tallarn Lists:
- Missile Launchers are the only HW teams allowed in Infantry Squads.
- All units able to take the FW Desert Raider special rule, must take it in lists of 750 points or more.
- 1 unit of 10 Rough Riders is required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- 2 units of Mukaali Rough Riders are required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- No vehicles besides Chimera Armoured Transports and Hydra Flak Tank Batteries are allowed.
- Al'Rahem is required in lists of 1000 points or more.

If you can pick them up from a bits site that'd be the best way, my friend has a Desert Rats/Lawrence of Arabia thing going with his Tallarn and has converted Cadian radios that he picked up on Ebay to look more WWIIish, and it looks amazing.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

I can't guarantee that they'll fit the Tallarn models without conversion, but it seems like it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I find the Stormtrooper backpacks make good squad-based vox casters with the larger Cadian plastic version being perfect for more complex command squad scale voxes.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Ebay has a few people selling the Cadian vox casters for about $1 each, but this guy is selling Catachan vox casters. I've honestly never seen these before, but I don't play IG either. They look like they'd fit in a little more with a desert theme, though.

Use greenstuff and small nails. Make the antenna sticking out of a radio cover bag. Also, You can reel up a copper wire on the antenna in the lower part. Use that near at hand and don't look for to another! So the resourceful guardsman acts

I use the Catachan ones linked above, they work great with minimal filing/fitting. Plus they look perfect for a desert theme~
