i wanted to gm ( or if online participate in ) a dark eldar campaign where they would use the origin chart, and the crew will just be pirate/mercs party, but i know that i can convert the rogue trader as the archon, but how could i convert everyone else in the chart, i get arch militant will be a kabal warrior. but what should i do for the rest?

oh and they will just use an imperial ship they stole so they can make a ship, but will profit factor also work the same thing as an imperial as it will for a de?

Well there are full career rules for Dark Eldar and Wyches, plus a few alternate ranks for Heamonculi and Incubi. I'd start there.

incubi are for rank 8 are they not? how could you turn down their boss levels and set them to rank 1 and as a start-able class?
