I'm playing around with expanding my draft 1k list to 1500pts with the use of some heavy artillery. I know these lists get criticised as its nigh on impossible to cover all comers at this point level but I'm all ears on any constructive criticism you can give
CCS + 2 PGs. 130
PCS + 2 MGs. 220

IS + flamer

Death Rider command. MB 105

2 x Medusa siege carriages. 200

I needed 2 x infantry blobs to make use of the respawn hence the choice. I play city terrain as a Stalingrad type of board so I could drop the flier for a colossus and add some MBs into the PCSs if that sounds a better deal. I would love to squeeze in thudds but after recently instakilling some nasty chaos guys recently I'm in love with my heavy guns.

Pretty solid list really.
The only things i could think of would be the addition of a aegis line, but that would mean dropping a death rider squad maybe, and i cant have that because i love those guys now, not that i didn't love them before though.
Maybe swap the Plasmas and meltas around in one of your platoon and CCS, It doesn't matter if the platoon guys die from gets hot, as they come back later, but if you lose a CCS guy hes no coming back.
No Vox's for orders? I find you need these things on the Squads to get those assault orders through, Ld 8 doesn't cut it really.

Unless you're keen on the Death riders, you should run x2 Griffons with Carcass Shells.
I use them with my Assault brigade, along with 2 Bessis and a Forward command tank for LOS. Other then that, looks great.
Nice to see another DKok player.

If he plays on Stalingrad-esque boards, I can't see the ADL being nearly as worth it as normal considering the natural abundance of cover and general lack of good lines of sight. An ADL bunker has a good chance of being redundant, useless, or easily flanked.
On that same line of thought, I would consider running those Medusa carriages as Earthshaker carriages, and spending the points saved on a little more anti-tank firepower. If you're in close encounters, meltabombs might not be a bad idea. It really depends on what kind of lines of sight you can get, but since Medusas are only direct-fire I could see you having issues with your opponents hiding from your Medusas. (You could also just get a third Earthshaker carriage with the points saved, too  )
Death riders seem like they'd be a lot better than normal in a ruined city. What an exciting opportunity!

i've got a lot of build choices to make from my existing models and will try out a lot of different options and let you know how i get on. i will be investing in a thudd gun x 6 on Skyshield soon though to see how that plays out. it will have to be an assault brigade only list but i can imagine it being particularly nasty.
i'll be taking a look at some of the apoc terrain pieces for anti flier weaponry so i can drop my flier and free up some points to squeeze more heavy weaponry in.
the reason i have PGs on the CCS is to deter deepstriking TDA into taking an easy VP for killing my warlord. 2 x AP1 shots dont deter as much as 4 x AP2 regardless of the gets hot rule

Have you tried the new cyclops rules out yet, cityfighting with them could be pretty funny.
Meltas in the squads would be good, not only for vehicles but for some of the new MC's too.
