Ok, having just posted on a theoritical. It struck me. What ever happened to the body of Sanguinius? I haven't read anything about it. I wouldn't imagine that it would be left aboard the Vengeful Spirit. It kinda begs the question. Does anyone know or is it to forever remain an unsolved mystery in the fluff?

The remains are on Baal in some tomb, ostensibly beneath the Blood Angels' fortress. The tomb is the "golden sarcophagus."

I believe it lies within the sepulchre of heroes which is where all the greatest heroes of the blood angels are laid to rest.

I am re reading the Blood Angel novel and i got the impression that they have taken away his body to Baal(after the heresy), it is in a tomb under the main chapter house
