HQ
3 Heralds of Khorne, each with lesser, locus of rage, and juggernauts.

Troops
2x 10 Plaguebearers (reserved, possibly deep struck depending on objective placement/mission type)

Fast Attack
3x 20 Khornedogs

So far this puts me at 1530. Obviously going for maximum dogs. This is the shell, but I don't know where to go from here.

Thinking about LoC with true names and a pimp stick. 3 divination powers is yummy, and 2++ on a unit of dogs will make the enemy cry. Even a 4++ on one and 3++ on another would be useful. Never hurts to explode some heads either, and as a FMC it can keep up with the dogs just fine.

Could also take fateweaver, but then I'm limited to a Tzeench prince for true names access (won't have enough points to kit him as a bad ass), or I have to take it on one of the juggerheralds.

Another route I could take is slaanesh soul grinders to help with armies like Tao, who might be able to put enough hurt on my dogs before combat to hurt their effectiveness. They are excellent for cooking pathfinders, fire warriors, and kroot alike.

The list won't be super competitive, but I will be able to dictate where enemy air can go because 60 biker bases is a lot of real estate, mitigating the fact that I have no anti-air so far. Also, because I will be moving so fast I will spend most turns in combat.

My only request is the dog units never decrease in size.

maybe change the other troop into 16+ horrors, stick a herald of tzeentch in there with MLVL 3, exalted loci and grimoire in there. Then add fateweaver and try to figure out some anti armor into the list. Some DSing khorne grinders? The dogs will eat any tank with rear of 10, but will get tarpitted against a single walker dread. Also i would concider the loci of wrath as it works with disorganiced charge too and with that big dog units you want to engage a couple of targets at the same time if possible. The biggest problem with this list is a landrider or a wraithlord/knight, who will also tarpit the hounds.

If you're playing 2000, can you double up on FOC? You've already got enough HQs, so just add 2 troops and you can add up to 60 more Khornedogs.

I was looking at the grinder or LoC to pull off tank duty as well.

There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. 120 dogs means that the enemy could tank shock me, and I would lose tons of dogs because they can't move out of the way. I'd likely have to reserve them or they would take up my entire starting zone in hammer and anvil. Plus, that would be 1920 in dogs, can't do it in 2k.
