Subject: What do you look for in an online hobby store?

Some of you may have seen my other postings about my business proposals but now I have a website ( http://ogouminiatures.tictail.com/) and a stockist but I'm wondering what to stock first. Would you guys prefer bases and basing materials? Would you like paints and tools? Miniatures? I will eventually have all this stuff but as a start up funds are a little limited so I want to stock the things that you want most. All products will be between 10-20% less than the RRP (depending on the product) so what is it you'd like to see most/first?

Personally, I'd say that basing materials would be pretty low on the priorities - I'd say considering your site has the word "miniatures" in the name, actual miniatures would be a good place to start.
Good luck with the business!

Fair point. What kinds of miniatures would you like to see? Bearing in mind that GW won't supply a purely online store anymore (very sad times).

You could probably go with just about any game systems out there, other than GW.... PP, Infinity, Malifaux, Hell Dorado, and Reaper miniatures would all probably be decent to good bets to start off with.

PP would probably be a top priority as it is next in line after GW. The new X-wing system (don't know much about it) seems to be pretty popular - so you may want to look into getting involved selling it somehow.
