So this came up. Lets say Gormen throws a blind bomb at a heavy, then he gets knocked down. Blind forces you to forfeit you movement or action. to get back up from knocked down you have to forfeit your movment or action. How does that work if you are blind and decide to get back up? does your activation end right there?

I'm going to have to go with a yes, since you can't "double forfeit" the same thing for two effects. If there are effects that happen by default at the beginning, end, or whenever during your activation then those would occur, but otherwise your activation is pretty much done as soon as it starts. Unless you just want to stay on the ground, or if you have a 'caster or 'jack that can spend a focus to stand up instead.

Yes, if you have to forfiet Movement or Action twice, you have to forfeit both, as you can't forfiet the same thing twice.
That said, if it's a heavy you can spend a focus in the Control phase to shake knockdown, but you'll still have to deal with blind.

Any beast or jack or warnoun can spend focus/fury to shake the knockdown effect. That happens in the control phase (hordes p74). Upon activation the model must still forfiet either his move or action phase (due to blind). After forfieting the model is free to use its remaining phase as it likes.
