So this is my first attempt at playing 6th edition.

Here is my list. What do you think?

1500 Pts - Codex: Orks Roster

Total Roster Cost: 1496

HQ: Warboss (1#, 100 pts)
1 Warboss, 100 pts = (base cost 60 + 'Eavy Armour 5 + Cybork Body 10 + Power Klaw 25)

HQ: Warboss (1#, 105 pts)
1 Warboss, 105 pts = (base cost 60 + 'Eavy Armour 5 + Cybork Body 10 + Power Klaw 25 + TL Shoota 5)

Elite: Lootas (10#, 150 pts)
10 Lootas, 150 pts = 10 * 15

In a 6th edition ork army I suggest if your gonna have two war bosses have two units of meganobz with them that will draw the fire from your lootas which I'm guessing is your anti aircraft and speaking as a guard player you either should get lots or mega nobz which is scary or a LOT MORE BOYZ!!! Speaking from experience any army with missile launchers will tear through you. Or hell you could even just replace a war boss with a bigmek with a kff giving every ork a cover save

Dakka is the ork word for shooting, but the ork concept of shooting is saturation fire. Just as there is no such thing as a "miss" in a target-rich environment, there is no such thing as a "dodge" in a bullet rich one

Im hopin your using shoota boyz! so good in a shooty ed!
I think you screwed somthin up in your point values on the dakkajet!
they are 110pts base! 10pts for the ESS and 50pts for the ace
i would say drop the Aces for normal fighta aces that give you 80pts back
and switch a warboss out for a bigmek with a KFF thats 85pts
switch the rokkets on the boyz squads to big shootas cus ur boyz are gonna be runnin/chargeing men not vehicles so thats another 10pts
so you returned 105pts id top your lootas squads off to 10
49pts left to put into more boyz so add 4 more boyz to each squad leaving you with 1pt so dont spend it all in one place ^.^
my math should be correct but i tend to screw it up on the fly.
not tryin to bag on you or anything just fixing/saving you points on useless upgrades that can be better used elsewhere

you want the KFF mek so you can give all you boy squads 5+ cover saves when marching up. otherwise templates will laugh at you. and remember if you have a single boy within the 6" range of the mek you WHOLE squad gets the 5+ untill there is no more men in the KFF
oh and almost forgot switch the TW shoota on the warboss for a Kombi shoota/skorcha if you dont have to roll to hit than you cant ever miss

With the amount your spending on warboss gear, you'd do well to dig up 15 points to make them *both* into Megabosses. TBH though, you'd probably be even better served just running the one and spending the points on more dakka - Ork foot lists are very much shooty lists

PK Nobs are generally a waste of time for foot lists because of the new challenge rules.

Should consider swapping out those rokkits. You don't want to stick some token AT in an anti infantry unit - because every turn you fire one or the other of those weapons is going to be being wasted.

They say "boyz before toyz" and this is very much a toyz list. I'd cut Lootas down to three units of 5, and then use those points to add another 20+ Orks to the list. Probably a good idea to blob them in groups of 30 as well due to Mob Rule
