Hey,
I want my Space Wolves to be rocking Logans Colors but I´m not sure if I get the fluff right.
Are the guys from his "old" company now sporting black shoulderguards? And what happens to the Wolf Guard, are they a stand-alone company or will they get replaced by the new Great Wolf´s company?

I am happy to answer this Wolf Brother for I too field the great wolf as well!

Answer:
No the Wolf Guard are still part of Logan's company(Because Logan is the Great Wolf so his Company was made to be the Company of The Great Wolf)
Arjac Rockfist has a black shoulder Pad so it's implied that they too will bear this to show that they are in fact the Company of the Great Wolf. But I believe this is only for Wolf Guard/Optional. Also I believe it's only the right one(from the model's perspective). Other one is well..you know.

In theory, the "new" pad is to honour Grimnar's ascension to Great Wolf so existing members of his Company at the time should be chuffed to bits that they get to wear it, that their Wolf Lord made it to the top spot. However - this being the Wolves - there's bound to be a couple of stubborn buggers that held onto the old one, and again being the Wolves, they've probably let them keep it.

Kevin is also correct in that his Wolf Guard are still part of Grimnar's Great Company. Like any other Wolf Lord, he picks them out from his own company - though apparently, as Arjac shows, as Great Wolf he gets to nick them from elsewhere too...
