Alright, so looking at the Idrian Skirmishers they say they are Protectorate allies, but you can only really use them outside of Menoth just with Magnus' tier list only. It seems a bit rather silly since Magnus can get unit of Trenchers or Long Gunners as well, but they are considered only Mercs in this theme list or in Highborn as well. With Idrian Skirmishers, they seem to not be in any of the contracts, which I think seems very, very silly. It could be me, but what are your guy's thoughts on this?

Look at the cephlylix. They are the cryxian versions of idrians/precursors/assassins and can't be used in any Merv army that can currently be built.

Idrian are too expensive for what they do anyways, I don't even see the point of using them in any list

6+ = 6/36 | Reroll 1s = 7/36 | Reroll Misses = 11/36 ||||||| 5+ = 12/36 | Reroll 1s 14/36 | Reroll Misses = 20/36 ||||||| 4+ = 18/36 | Reroll 1s 21/36 | Reroll Misses = 27/36
3+ = 24/36 | Reroll 1s 28/36 | Reroll Misses = 32/36 ||||||| 2+ = 30/36 | Reroll 1s 35/36 ||||||| Highest of 2d6 = 4.47

Yeah, I get what you mean, although Kayayz can be used in Four star and Precursors in Highborn if you do not take Fiona as a Warcaster, and Ragman and both Alexia's are not in the army. Still, it does seem kind of silly a little, but that is just me. Maybe Privateer Press as something out planned for them and we do not know you yet, since there is a thing in Amon's theme list that says Idrian solos are part of his theme list, although there are no Idrian solos as of now. Guess that is my two cents on it I think...

There are a bunch of examples of Tier list mentioning units that don't exist

Its just there to leave the design space open

Fair enough, it would make sense. Just though it is kind of a nuisance that I kind of noticed now, although seems that everyone has done that. :/ Maybe I am thinking too deeply on something that should not at all...

They kill EVERYTHING. I've seen them be pretty darn worth it when used well.

The other side of the internet

With prey and combined ranged attack, they are absolutely nasty when going after their target, but too expensive if they are being used for anything else.
