Leader should carry the eternal warrior storm shield, just so you don't give up warlord points unless something goes wrong.

Second scouts in land speeder storms with multimelta> tacticals in rhinos with the same. Take some tacs in 5 man squads with a heavy bolter.

Third too many lascannons, get some template diversity. Eliminate 2 5 man squads of lascannons, and do this. With the points left over, boost the last squad to 10, combat squad them into 2 5 man teams with 2 las cannons each. Use the 150 points left over for a thunderfire cannon, and points left over from the tacticals switching to scouts/land speeders to either buy a whirlwind, OR give yourself an aegis with quad gun, and the devastators man it to give it tank hunters.

This is my list I am working on. Though I may drop the sternguard for the command squad now that I could shoehorn in more grav guns.

Captain, bike, ew storm shield, thunder hammer

5x scouts, sniper rifles, land speeder storm, multi melta (x2 units)

Storm talon, missles

5x bikers, 2x grav guns

10x devastators 4x las cannons, broken up into 2 squads
