So, this list is designed as a TAC, utilizing the high chance of Tigurius to pick up the 4+ invul save power, protecting my 30 man blob squad. I'll just skip to the list:

Tigurius
CCS with Autocannon, Astropath

PCS with x4 Melta
Infantry Squad with Autocannon, Krak Grenades
Infantry Squad with Autocannon, Krak Grenades
Infantry Squad with Autocannon, Krak Grenades
x10 Tactical Marines with Plasma Gun, Combi-Plas, Drop Pod
x10 Tactical Marines with Plasma Gun, Combi-Plas, Drop Pod

x10 Sternguard with x2 Heavy Flamers, x3 Combi-Plas, Meltabombs and Drop Pod

Vendetta
Vendetta
Vendetta

Stormraven with MM
Manticore

Between Tigurius' and the Astropath's reserve manipulation, I should expect to usually see my entire force on the battlefield on turn 2. The three Marine squads will obviously combat squad in any objective mission (you know, 5/6 of them...). The blob squad will sit on one of my objectives, firing away while Tigurius probably Presciences the Manticore and lays down that invul save. The primary targets will almost certainly be any anti-flyer units my opponent is running (other flyers, Burst Cannon Riptides, etc). The Ultramarines CT works extremely well here, enabling the Tac Squads to be twin-linked when they come down. So, any thoughts? Any possible SM/IG synergies that I'm missing?\

I'd pick a Primarus Psyker as your IG Warlord so that he can hide in the blob and buff it. I'd also try to find a way to make your blob 40 points and to add some melta bomb / power axe Sgts. Otherwise the list looks good although I don't think it has the best shot against competitive Tau/Eldar builds.
