I need scoring, tank killing, and an HQ.
I've got a plan for 900 points, which is elites and heavies.

What would you take if you had 950 points to buy HQ, Troops, and Fast Attack, and knew that you needed tank killing and scoring?

You should probably post what you have already if you want anyone to help you. It's hard to pick something that has synergy to your list when we don't know whats there. Btw, this is for reviewing and critiquing lists, not getting people to write them for you

Half an army, especially being the necessary units, is a bit much to ask for, don't you think? And not knowing the rest of your army, unsolicited advice may be wasted effort...
