Main problem being that you cant deepstrike all of your units, you have to have something on the board.

Think about taking a command deathwing squad w/ an apoc. Also I feel that dreads are bad to just have on the table. Maybe drop two for something else?

Ven Dreads are pretty bad, you would be much better off with Mortis Contemptors, should be able to get two w/Kheres Assault Cannons and CML for the 3 you have here (Can't remember points exactly)
Chainfists are useful to have but DW special weapons should always be CML, with or without TH/SS
You need a DW command squad so you can get access to the sacred standard of fortitude which makes your army 33% more survivable to the majority of weapons in the game.

Try something like

Should leave you room to flavour with some stuff of your choice, but you'll likely want some Ravenwing Support Squadrons for the dual MM Land Speeder, or some scouts to hold the backfield or drop a termie unit for some mortis contemptors. The thing you'll need to learn with DW is how to lose, because they are a very hard army to play in the current edition.
