Drop the Stealth Team and all the Sheild Drones... + 12 Fire Warriors are only 108, do your maths again buddy

Split up your Fire Warriors into 3 units of 8. Split the Pathfinders into two units of 5. This allows you to marker two different targets.

What are you using the Hammerhead for, if its for AT you have much better options, try a few Deep striking Melta Crisis Suits instead of your stealths. If you Drop the Hammerhead you will have two options...

a) Add another Riptide w/Points saved from Stealths and Hammerhead slap on VT to both Riptides for Anti-flyer.

b) Grab some HYMP Broadsides with either EWO or V, your choice.

ADL is good but at 1000 points there will most likley be enough cover that you don't need it. Use these points to buy yourself a unit of outflanking kroot w/a hound for far off objective grabbing.

That should give you a much more competitive and well rounded list + add Fusion to your Riptide ALWAYS... and extra Melta on a reliable platform never goes amiss.

I would not add any more firewarriors! As Tau Skyfire says add a nice block of kroot and have them outflank. Add a hound so you can re roll your table edge. Makes a nice late line breaking and back objective grabby. Most players take a minimal squad to hide in ruins on an objective. Kroot with sniper ammu have a surprising amount of firepower!

Deep striking crisis are very nice, but never a bad thing to have a hammerhead too, I guess at 1000 points you may prefer the deepstriking option. Just make sure you still have units left on the board!

Personally not a fan of ethereal, id rather run Mark'o of Buffmander but its just personal preference. In your case id suggest the Mark'o as you have no markerlights, and there is nothing nicer than markerlights!
