Hello all, I am struggling coming up with a good space marine list, Can you please CC this for me? Let me know what is competitive in it and what is not.

I'd put the ml on the las cents. Their ranges match up that way.

Also I prefer plasma to melta on tac squads. Melta on tacs is too situational, whereas plasma synergizes better with their bolters.

Also, that's a lot of points in cents. Consider dropping one squad for a couple of stormtalons.

If you did that you could have a unit of two attack bikes. You could also drop the hunter. This would give you points to buy something else.

Talons and tfcs are both great units that you should consider if you're looking to be competitive.

I really think 2 squads of Centurions is too much for a 1500pt list.

I think they're a bit mismatched in terms of their loadouts as well. I think the Missile Launcher upgrade is a good buy, but if you're only going to give it to one squad, give it to the TLLC squad and give them anti-armor duty, and deploy your grav squad forward to leave them with the shorter-range hurricane bolters, which have the same range as the grav cannons.

How are you taking the Bikes as troops?

Check out the Codex. Under the entries for Chapter Masters and Captains, you'll find a special rule called Mounted Assault. If you have one of these two HQs on a bike, you can take bike squads of at least 5 models as troop choices.

If your captain's on a bike he can take bike squads as troops.
