When I look at a list I think, can my Orks beat it, In 1000 points I could have 60 shoota boyz 30 lootas and a hq, which could kill this list pretty effectively, all I need is one turn of shooting everything and I can kill about half of this army, I'd suggest just have lots of norm jump pack dudes then the angels of death, I've never had a problem with them, you can still model them to have wings though , I eat 2+ save guys with 1 would rather fast

he has 5 guards per squad. + 3 other models that SHOULD deep strike, not foot slog. he has 5 models for the dev team and one vindicator with a nice juicy pie plate.
